Frequently Asked Questions

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date. Items must be in orginial condition inculding tags,  attached and be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered "Final Sale"  cannot be returned.

All customized items cannot be returned, or refunded, due to customization. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing, and 5-7 days for shipping. 

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 5-7 business days, expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from blaquecollection.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

 If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Blaque does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis. 

We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! 

Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including, but not limited to:

• Canceling your order or specific items
• Changing your billing or shipping address
• Changing payment method
• Changing shipping method
• Changing color/size of items(s)
• Addition or removal of item(s)
• Changing or adding a discount code
• Addition or removal of a gift card

If for any reason if you would no longer wish to keep your order, you are able to return your order after it has been delivered.
